Return Policy

Return Eligibility


- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

- Shoes should be unworn, in the original condition, and in their original shoe box.

- Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.


Process for Returns


1. Visit our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for the return.

3. Print the pre-paid return shipping label that is provided at the end of the return process.

4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

5. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package and ensure that no other tracking labels are showing.

6. Drop off the package at any carrier location that accepts the shipping method specified on your return label.


Refunds


Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.


Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you wish to return and then place a new order for the item you would like instead.
